Roof leaks
Just thought that this might be interesting...
If you look just behind the door on the top of the car you will see a new piece of rubber or something. Maybe this is one of the areas where the roof was leaking and this was the fix to it. I certainly do not remember seeing this part before. Check it out in the link.

This is one of the reasons I went with black. So all the rubber parts blend in better.
