Good to see Opel... errr I mean Saturn getting a facelift to their cars. :D
I'm expecting a lot of Opel/Vauxhall looking Saturns.

The two most interesting parts to me are;
Under the hood, the long-rumored 170-hp 2.4L powerplant will finally be available on mid- and uplevel IONs. The 2.4L has been in production at Spring Hill for some time now, and is used in a variety of other GM vehicles.
Base models are also said to receive a boost in performance. Today's 140-hp 2.2L motor will reportedly be replaced with the same 170-hp 2.4L 4-cylinder engine that will be used in the ION.
Looks like they're going to be phasing out the 2.2L in favor the newer 2.4L engine. Which leads me to believe if they're going to phase out that engine the newer one will more then likely have fuel economy very close to if not better then the older engine. It'll also be great because if it's the base model we'll have tons of people developing parts for this engine, plus it'll give GM more incentive to develope their own parts too.
