My door panels have GP-12 stickers on the inside. GP-12 is a GM process for early production containment while they get the process to full rate and proven quality. It has the inspectors inititals on the GP-12 sticker. No wonder my panels fit like crap :)
I have several GP 12 stickers on various plastic interior parts on my ‘06.

Annette Maron and Jonathan Taylor... the Third.

Signed on 7/10/07
That's pretty funny, and could even be correct.

I am guessing that the AM is someone's initials, the JT3 is a work station and/or shift, and the 7/10 is a date.

That date is very interesting, because from G-Ram his photos of his MY2007 car 105865 posted elsewhere in the forum one can conclude the built date of his Solstice is 7/19/2006. About nine days after 7/10

His car was not a bust job (at least not one that had impact on the date). So possibly this was not signed on the main line, or . . . . ?

Those marks could have been added anywhere along the path that part took from the part supplier to final assembly.
  • Supplier QC
  • GM Receiving
  • Component Subassembly
  • etc

Yes, that is what I wrote. probably not on the main line.

Of course the built date could be incorrect, or the taggers are playing a trick on us. :)
From what I know is that my build date was 7/19/06. The 7/10 might be the date the part was inspected pre-install?
