Here lately i have been chasing down a leak in the charge air system. Recently I have gone through and tightened all hose and pipe clamps to ensure no loose ones or leaks, and now when I get to 15 psi or so the car starts sputtering and the boost is cutting out. It runs fine up to about 15 psi.
Has anyone else had a problem with the boost sputtering/cutting out?

I have about 70,000 miles on the car, it is a daily driver.

TS is correct drove me nuts.
Call Dave DDMWorks new clamps.

I was talking with GS on another thread and he said the same thing. I bought the T-clamps and am just waiting for the oppertunity to install them.

Have any of you experienced the snowball effect once you started upgrading parts on your car? Seems like now that I have started fixing and replacing, I get one thing done and then there is a new problem or concern. It is a little frustrating to say the least.

painted dipped factory wheels
painted Motegi's
painted entire car
hood painting
engine painting
custom lighting
BC coil overs
Lowered the car
raised the car
lowered it some
LS3 conversion
Bought a car hauler
custom painted the car hauler
bought a truck to pull the car hauler
custom painted the truck to pull the custom painted car hauler
swapped out the steering wheel for red / black Opal GT unit
Pulled all the interior trim and custom painted it
custom painted the waterfall - twice
Bought windrestrictor
bought another windrestrictor
bought another windrestrictor
bought ANOTHER windrestrictor
bought and custom painted rear valence
power coated everything I could get off the car
custom painted / dipped everything that I could get out of the engine bay
added custom LED lighting
added more custom LED lighting
added custom illuminated door sills
had custom illuminated door sills custom painted
had backup lights custom painted
had grilles custom painted
had fog/turns custom painted
pulled the headlights apart and had them custom painted
custom painted wheel centers, three sets
Punisher tire valve covers
pulled ALL the interior plastic and had it custom painted
JPM center console with custom colors and embroidery
JPM door innners (Punisher of course)
JPM door outers (also Punisher and also of course)
JPM visor covers (red/black)
JPM grab handle cover (you guessed it)
custom painted hand brake trim
Bought billet aluminum buttress plugs
Had same custom painted
Bought two more sets
Had two more sets custom painted / dipped
Now have red plugs with black Punisher head
Black plugs with red Punisher head
Carbon fiber dipped plugs that match the dash / wheels
Pulled buttress plug locking port trim rings and had them custom painted and dipped.
Custom tune (LS2 edit)


Now I am tired so will leave the rest of the list for later
