My friend is the manager of the pontiac dealership and is very conservative about dates etc. for our car. He says to take everything with a grain of salt but this new info he felt good about it being possible. I spoke with him yesterday and he told me Pontiac told him they will be taking orders the end of March as it stands right now. He says if that occurs delivery would be May-June if no problems arise. Hope it happens since I'm first on the list.

thanks gvoeller, check out a few other posts from dealers that say orders get picked up mid April by GM. Your guy is in the ballpark but concensous was 2-3 weeks later. My dealer had 4/21-ish.

Good info! Some other dealer sources have speculated orders could be taken in early to mid April, with GM accepting orders out of the system for building in late April. So end of march is certainly possible too! Hope its true!
