I am posting this for the benefit of those new to the forum or new to the Solstice. Please don't believe the myth that the Solstice is not a particularly small and light car. It is.

While true that the Sosltice is not small and light relative to sports cars of the 60's, those cars were made extinct by modern liability and regulations.

How small is the Solstice? Find out at this link:

How light is the Sosltice? Find out at this link:

I just thought we all could use a reminder that for this day and age of liability and safety regulation, the Solstice is incredibly small and light for its mission as "The Affordable Roadster".

:agree: The size is the big question mark for me. Thanks for the comparison. I rode in a Boxster recently and I see it's about the same weight. I've also looked at the S2000 on a lot here and think that size is plenty big for a roadster. I rode in a few Triumphs in the 60s and 70s. They were small!
