This article is a joke, and shows hownlazy some reporters get.

Sky at number 7, and Solstice at number 2. Apparently the author doesn't know that the Sky and Sol are the same. Oh, and the author only talks about the NA engines, never mentions a turbo model.

The Cobalt SS gets a nod too.

Another "article" written by a know-nothing.

"The emissions control system also has problems with downgraded fluids "

What fluids are involved in emission controls?

It rubs me the wrong way when you don't at least spend 20 minutes doing a basic Google search. Or even YouTube.

Writers have become lazy. It's a shame. And as was said earlier, what fluids are involved in emissions? These aren't Diesel cars, though I'm sure that would have sealed the #1 spot had they been.

It's the fact that the Sky/Sol are separated by FIVE spots that really blew my mind.

Wow, the author actually put the S2000 on this list!

The S2000 debuted the most powerful production engine per liter - EVER.

The GXP debuted the most powerful GM production engine per liter - ever.

This author is as Rob said - a clown!!!

I'd be curious what the folks over on the S2000 forums are saying about this??

The OP's thread title completely misrepresents what the article is about.

It spends most of it's print warning about possible long term reliability issues of each model.

It has almost nothing to do with whether they are good sports cars or not.

Ad dollars are rarer than ever- so regular joe writers have to make the articles that guarantee clicks, even if they're just coming from angry solstice/sky owners lol. No reason to get mad.
