Traded in my 07 Base Saturday.

Hard decision, but I've driven the car 5 times in the past 2 years and I decided that January 1st it's a year older. it just wasn't practical any more.

My wife now has a 2014 Cadillac ATS.

It's been a fun ride spending time on this site, getting help from users and manufactures. Thanks to EVERYONE, and I still plan on lingering around here, and if whoever buys the car wants to reach out to me, even better.

I'm out...

At least you picked another cool looking car. Those are nice and much more practical than our cars. You gotta do what you gotta do. Have fun, did you get it with the 2.0l turbo or the N/A?

I know the feeling. I sold my 73 vette this year to pay off some bills and to buy guns. Just the way it goes sometimes. Take care.

The turbo, and I couldn't believe the power. The first think I told my wife was she'd be crazy to think a 2.0 turbo would cut it...We both were shocked with the power. Uphill On ramp going home, going about 20, floored it and had to slow down to 70 merging onto the freeway.

My wife bought me the Solstice for my BD, so it was only fair I do this for her.

If you want to make it a little more fun, then add a Trifecta tune for it.
It is now a 274 BHP and their tune will take it north of 300 BHP as well as 300 + torque.

Yup... did the same thing. I picked up my Solstice back in December of 2005, sold it back in 2009 for a Ford Explorer. I still pop back in here now and then. I miss the car, but know I made the right decision.

I still have my Pontiac Fiero though, which I've had since 1995.

Yes, i miss the car but haven't had any remorse, and a lot of that has to do with getting my wife her dream car.

Fun to pop back in here to see what's shaking...

That question is better answered by the tuner.
However is your right foot and your car, so unless the tune is bad, is on you.
