I've searched this forum and google and have not come up with what I am looking for. I found covers you put on the car while leaving the convertible top stowed, but I am looking for a cover for the top while it is up. Something to protect it from UV damage from the southern sun.

I don't want to deal with the bulk of a full cover every day at work.

Does RaggTopp provide the protection I need?

How many hours in the sun will these tops last?

good questions.i will be driving mine to work every day and having to leave it in the sun.i bet if there was a custom cover available that covered the whole top of the car and was held on by two velcro straps to the door handles and the front (windshield) side tucked under the wipers there would be a market for it...not covering any sheetmetal,just the top.

My wife made one out of sheets. Close the doors with the windows up. Does a good job. Not in the rain thought.

Looking at that, I wonder if it's actually the same guy. Price is a little higher (~$15) but the zip code is similar. My ebay seller was from CHATSWORTH, CA 91311, while California PopTop is at 91355. Hmmm.

If he set up a company, maybe why he doesn't eBay any more(?)

Thanks for the link. I went to California car covers website and then searched poptop and then chose Pontiac and they did not have the solstice listed. I see all the different models the C11 fits and it definitely can't look like KappaKadet's. Mmm. Might want to wait a little while and see if I can find one on ebay.

Looks great! Protects the car but still looks great. Do you wear that white helmet when driving with the top down?
