sold to me as a Werks high flow cat for the GXP solstice, but does not look like the Werks high flow cat that i find on Werks's site.

This is what i see on their site;

would this be an older model, or is it a different brand?

Some time back, I purchased what I thought was to be a Solo high-flow cat. I won't mention the seller, but it didn't look quite the same as what Solo's looked like on the web. So, I sent them a picture and they told me it was not one of theirs. I took the matter up with the seller who did make it right and exchanged it for an authentic Solo. The point is, send photos to Werks and ask them. Then challenge your seller.

Happy with the thing looking more stealthy then the version with the big Werks logo welded on there.

@ Carpe Diem, did you have your CA smog done yet with your high flow cat installed?

No, it won't pass. I'll have to change it back to the stock cat before registration time when the call will have to be smogged. (I guess I'll just have to not drive my GXP until then. Oh darn. :glol

That image above looks suspiciously exactly like the one being sold by ZZPerformance. I wonder if P.O.W. is using them to make this part for them? They did however confirm it was a "new" design. Here is an image and link to the ZZPerf. one being sold on ebay. Looks the same.
