My top diffuser disk to right of glovebox came uncliped & lost. It did not fall into the vent, most
likely wife lost it. Any help? It snaps onto the manually directional air grill.

This is like the third request for one of these in a couple of weeks! Wow.

Anyway, you need the tube and vent assembly. No.3 on this page:

As TS said, the replacement comes as an assembly, not as separate parts. And they are all identical so buy one and slap it into the hole. :willy:

Need used plastic part: Top flap off an air director tube. it just unsnaps off.

Do I have to get a piece of wood and carve one? Help me guys with used parts!

My local "Stealer" price went thru the roof, don't want the whole system "serviced".

If you are talking about this vent assembly, you cannot buy a "vane"

The vane may have come adrift, but the two vanes are connected internally by linkage which is probably broken internally. This probably means there are broken parts inside the vent assembly and that even if you did manage to somehow replace the upper vane, they would not open correctly because the linkage is broken.

Your proposed solution of carving one out of wood sounds interesting. Please document with pictures. :lurk:
