Check ALL of your wheel hub bolts!!!

My front left wheel hub bolts went loose, took out the wheel sensor and the EBCM. I'm lucky I didn't wreck the car. The hubs were under warranty they replaced both but the EBCM now has a 'short' and the ABS and TCS don't work.

I've got an 2008 GXP with manual trans. Does anyone have a wrecked solstice or know where I can get an EBCM? Dearler wants $750.

Sadly this is a known problem. It is very rare and believed to be a result of lots of high G turns (as on the track). It first surfaced back in late 2007 on this forum.

Good luck with your fix.

I check the bolts every time I am under the car.
