I am shocked that a company has a product available that is not listed on their website. Has that ever even happened before? Is it even legal?

It appears to me that the tops are functionally interchangeable as complete units. I was told that by a very knowledgeable Kappa re-builder, and there have been confirming posts on the forums from people who have put a late top on an early car.

Nothing illegal about offering a product that isn't advertised.

There are legal implications, however, for advertising a product that you don't sell.

The lined top was standard for the Sky and an option for the Solstice (in the early years, at least). The Sky and Solstice use the same top.

I still have the bumpers that WERE under the trunk lid - stuck in my box of miscellaneous Solstice parts in my shop!
