I would search the forum on this question. It comes up frequently. Depending on what you ordered, 7 months is not uncommon. Norm will deliver and you’ll forget the pain/wait times when you see the quality of the parts. In the mean time, keep trying. Phone is your best bet, or if your close, stop in the shop.

Talked with Norm several weeks ago.
Was through email, but got a prompt reply.

 

If you are indeed in the UK as your avatar suggests you are going to have a very difficult time getting parts.

He's well known to "play favorites" with the low hanging fruit, return customers, and things that he finds interesting and a new customer that requires international shipping is going to be just about last on his very long to-do list.

 

I find that a phone call or email works for me. I waited over a year for some parts. But they always showed up.

 

I just got some fenders from him. Got them very fast but noticed it took a while for him to charge my card. I think him being a sole proprietor has a lot to do with it. When I had him in the phone very professional but he did admit to having lots going on.

Norm is a very talented parts designer who works alone, save for a few times he will hire "spot labor" for help. Very Knowledgeable for Kappa's & other custom car body parts. If you have any doubts, stop by his garage in Elkhart,Ind. How do I know ? I went there & stayed a few days to hang out & sweep floors while he worked on my car,perfect vacation for an old piston head !

If you haven’t been there, you can’t fully appreciate what Norm does.

 

I have to wait a bit to get my fenders mounted and painted. -16 in Spokane. The fenders are totally going to change the look of the car. While the wait is long and sometimes it's a hassle, that's the price you pay when you are working with an Artist and not ordering mass produced parts.
