I've been looking into doing a solo exhaust kit for my solstice and came across their Street Race Kit. It says on their page that this is their loudest kit they have and thats exactly what I'm looking for. Problem is that its a GXP kit. So my question is, will this be an issue or should the system still be compatible with the 2.4L N/A? If anyone has done something like this or has any constructive feedback it would be greatly appreciated!

I've assisted putting many GXP exhausts onto na's. Solo'sstreet race is just minus the muffler. In my opinion it should work fine if that's the sound you want. Solo is very helpful so why not just call them! Good luck with your mods.

Thanks for the add and thanks to y'all for clearing this up for me. I was worried about a possible problem from lack of back pressure but if other gxp exhaust instals have been done then I imagine it must not be a real issue.

I'll shoot them an email and hopefully I can get this ordered along side a new rear fascias from norm and get it all installed.

When I did mine (coupe na) I used a GXP exhaust and it bolted right up.
Also ordered a rear valance from Norm's and had it painted the same color as the car (ruby red metallic). I think it really makes the car look better.:)

The catalytic converter provides some back pressure in any case

Talk with Solo and they cam tell you for sure if there are any known issues

You would have to cut or replace your rear valence because the 2.4 LE5 comes with a single outlet while the 2.0 LNF has dual outlets.

Update:

Got in touch with solo and they said they have confirmed that it will bolt up and with no issues.

Can't wait to get the ball rollin on this and get the instal done. Thanks again to everyone for your input helping me out with this.
