I never do this. First time I grazed a curb since an Icy day back in the 90’s but today I did it today on my new Cadillac.

Fighting to find a parking spot late for Dr’s appt I found one opening up and backed up into a real high curb.

I don’t have to fix it because this type of damage is covered by the lease excess wear and tear Policy. Still it looks Awful.

Anyone know rough cost to fix? The policy only covers cost of damage when you turn it in at lease termination. It doesn’t repair during lease

It really depends on what part of the country you live in, in the Detroit area that would be $200 to $400 depending on the final finish of the wheel. I am sure in other parts of the country it could be cheaper. I just had 2 of my wife's Charger wheels refinished about 3 months ago, and they ran $300 each.
When I was away from home for a 3 month stretch for work she let her rear brakes go metal to metal, and continued driving it, besides the rotors damage, it sprayed hot metal shavings into the coating of the wheels, and then the steel shavings rusted, it looked terrible.

My son had a bent wheel repaired in Colorado Springs. It was $150. Painted wheel but it required more work to straighten it out.

I got a quote to repair similar damage and it turned out to be less expensive to replace the wheel.
