My Solstice has theFE2 Firm Ride and Suspension. Is this the option where GM had to install blocks to raise the car for shipping?

No. FE2 is the standard suspension for the 2.4 NA Solstice.
It was the Z0K package that included a second spring seat to raise the car for production and shipping.

the roads in rome are kinda rough for a solstice....but, oh what the heck have a blast!!! in fact have 2 or 3 blast!! one for me as I screwed up my back again, might be a little while before Im back in mine.
