Do you think it is worth the $$$?
I park my car in the garage so the cover is only used to keep the dust off of it. For that use it is probably a little expensive. I am not sure how well it would hold up outside in the weather and I am not even sure if it is advertised for outside use but there are tabs on it that I assume are for putting some type of locking devise on it to keep it from being removed.

Hi Guys, I have the cover and consider it a great buy it fits the Solstice perfectly. The embossed Pontiac emblem in the front helps to know which end is what when putting the cover on. PLus the black color is very inconspicuous. Right now my garage is a mess so this cover has been a great alternative for Snoopys protection from the elements, weather not the criminal, I have a Berretta 92FC for that.

I have one. I use it in the garage to keep the kids from running their sticky, scrachy little fingers off of it. It doesn't cost a thing. People know you love your little car, so get them all together and have them buy you one for your birthday. That's how I got mine! Actually, they bought a wind screen and we traded it for the cover. I just didn't like the tennis racket look of the GM version of the wind screen.

Pontiac Solstice Cover

I ordered a cover when I ordered my Solstice because I don't have a garage and knew I'd be keeping the car outside. My driveway is lined with trees and I was more concerned about bird droppings than rain. I like the cover - looks good and does the job - but must admit that I stopped using it. I found a spot in the driveway where the birds don't roost.:)

I ordered one today. I'll let you know what I think once I have it.
I finally had a chance to use the Pontiac car cover: it worked great.

I used at Phoenix off-airport parking. The only negative was the requirement to let the car cool down for 20 minutes prior to putting on the cover (could be a huge issue if parking in the afternoon in Phoenix in the summer.

The cover fits well and is easy on and easy off. Did the job for me.
